The Opportunity The Executive Assistant provides efficient, and professional administrative support to key members of the Canopy Growth Executive Team. As the ideal candidate, you are a strong and fluent communicator and are comfortable interacting with people at all levels in the business community. Additionally, you have the drive to motivate the people around you, and you have the ability to build and maintain cooperation and teamwork within the organization. Responsibilities Support Canopy Growth Executives Scheduling correspondence, monthly expense reports, review incoming documents, etc. Manage the calendars, schedules, appointments, and required travel for the designated teams Represents the designated teams by welcoming and directing visitors, as well as answering questions and coordinating required meetings with both internal and external parties Prepare meeting documentation, presentations, agendas and catering as required Facilitate communications, both verbally and through electronic means Handle phone calls, e-mails and inquiries and ensure that queries are directed to the appropriate contact Coordinate various activities across all relevant teams/departments Participate in the preparation, drafting and edits of strategic planning documents and operating plans Ability to anticipate roadblocks and work to mitigate their impact; ultimately assisting where required in expediting resolutions, and contributing to team success Other duties as required Experience Experience as an Executive Assistant supporting a C-suite level Executive College Degree or equivalent experience is an asset In-depth knowledge and proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint Outstanding oral, written and electronic communication skills; must be able to work with and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders Demonstrated aptitude to prioritize tasks based on comparative importance and urgency Ability to work with minimal supervision and direction within a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment Strong attention to detail and demonstrated ability to provide a high level of accuracy Solid judgment and decision-making ability Proven experience working in a professional manner: ability to handle sensitive information with a high degree of confidentiality Other Details This is a temporary (14-month contract), remote-first position based out of Ontario, Canada.
