The Opportunity

The Inventory Clerk is responsible for organizing and leading inventory counts and investigating and reconciling inventory discrepancies. This individual must have superb organizational skills and keen attention to detail.


  • Audit all relevant paperwork to ensure Health Canada and Company SOP compliance
  • Review data inputs in the inventory system and electronic forms to ensure accuracy
  • Support Inventory team in organizing and performing of inventory counts
  • Verify and adjust inventory
  • Compile inventory reports
  • Maintain the cycle count program
  • Complete reconciliation of inventory after counts are completed. Ensure inventory movements are adequately reported in the system
  • Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions
  • Forecast needs for consumables and packaging material. Ensure adequate safety stocks are maintained
  • Integrating efforts across operational departments to enhance inventory accuracy
  • Receive and prepare shipments according to company SOPs.
  • Move stock/items to appropriate locations and ensure that they are properly released and stored as per company SOPs
  • Other duties as assigned.


  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Should be able to lift 50 – 60 lbs
  • Experience with ERP (SA) preferred
  • Ability to organize/prioritize workload
  • Attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Strong computer skills, specifically in excel

This is a full-time role based out of Scarborough, ON
