The Opportunity

The medical cannabis markets are growing rapidly worldwide. We are therefore looking for support in our customer operations department at our location in Sankt Leon-Rot near Heidelberg.

Responsibilities

  • Order processing in cooperation with all departments: Preparation of order confirmations, delivery notes and invoices
  • Processing narcotics orders including the relevant documentation (verification of narcotics licences, control and monitoring of receipt certificates)
  • Verifying addresses and permits according to GDP requirements and reliable maintenance of master data of our customers in the ERP system (C5)
  • Responsibility for general internal e-mail inboxes
  • Processing of returns and complaints in liaison with the quality department and administration
  • First point of contact (m/f/d) for customers and partners by phone and e-mail
  • Supporting the sales team (customer care, handling key accounts, etc.)
  • Administration of the website (availability list, news, updating order matrix)
  • Processing of direct debits
  • Handling of daily postal deliveries

Experience

  • You have successfully completed a commercial or comparable apprenticeship
  • You have (initial) experience in customer service through comparable activities, e.g., in customer service or call centres
  • You have good organisational and communication skills
  • You have an independent and result-oriented way of working in combination with your natural ability to cooperate
  • You are confident in using the MS Office package as a given
  • You are customer-oriented, flexible and a team player
  • You are interested in the pharmaceutical industry

Other details

  • This is a full-time position based in St. Leon-Rot, Germany.
  • This position allows for partial mobile working (home office).
